Do you have a will?

No one wants to think about needing one. But needing one and not having one is infinetly worse.

Have children? Have a house? A senior with assets who doesn’t want to give it all to Medicaid when you need a nursing home?

See a lawyer for a will and perhaps a trust. And consider leaving the church a legacy in your will.

Do the right thing. Don't take a chance.
