Why three worship services?
As the church has grown, we decided that expanding the sanctuary really wasn't feasible, so instead we added a second service and then a third?

Are they identical?
No. Each service is unique.

What is the 8:30 am Early service like?

The Early worship service at 8:30 am is only 1/2 hour long. It's the 11:00 am traditional service without all the music and 1/2 the people. We sing only two hymns, the prayers and announcements are shorter, but do have baptism and communion and new members can join the church at this service.

What is the 9:30 am Contemporary service like?
The Contemporary service is one hour long beginning with a opening of praise music led by our Praise Team. That is followed by 45 minutes of interactive bible teaching related to the lectionary (a three year cycle of scripture readings, example found at www.textweek.com).

What is the 11:00 am Traditional service like?
A traditional Presbyterian service, (well sort of).  The order of worship is traditional, but this church is very informal, shirtsleeves kind of place, so although the pastor wears a robe, the service has lots of humor, music, drama, children, and fellowship moments.

When is Sunday School?

Sunday School is at 9:30 am, the same time as Contemporary worship. Toddlers up through high school youth have regular classes while adults attend adult education, enjoy fellowship in the Koinonia Kafe, or go to the Contemporary service.

When should I arrive?

For 8:30 am and 9:30 am, you can come almost up to the service hour and get a seat. At 11:00am you take your chances after 10:45 getting a good seat. Last Sunday, because of the Sunday School closing service there were 180 people in a sanctuary that holds 130 comfortably.
